Projects > Revival of The Stone (and The Mountains Where They Belonged)

[...] The silks present themselves as the light counterpart of the heaviness and stillness of the stone, an archetype of nature, a symbol of quietness, strength, immutability and permanence. But still, in those delicate images it is intended that the rich and exuberant presence of those reborn rocks coexists with a somehow menacing and rarefied atmosphere. They embody a new presence but still the latent pulsion of decay and separation is in sight.
